Non-Fishing Related...Hurricane Irene Relief

Bros/Brahs...check it..."According to the New York Times, Hurricane Irene is likely to be one of the most costly natural disasters in U.S. history, with an estimated total of somewhere between $7 to $10 billion in damage. And because flooding, not wind, caused most of the destruction, it’s likely insurance companies will not cover a good portion of the cost."

Another largely impacted area is the Chesapeake, my home waters. I drove over The Bridge the other day and the Bay still looks like chocolate milk. Rocktober is right around the corner and some of the biggest buzz going around the fishing community right now is how this will affect the fishing...I know it seems like a huge responsibility to take on, but every little bit helps...do your part.
